We use your data for the sole purpose of safety compliance and site management:

Site Accountability: To maintain a real-time roster of who is on a job site in case of an emergency.
Compliance Records: To generate logs required by regulatory bodies (e.g., MSHA, OSHA).
Safety Alerts: To notify you or site administrators if you have been checked in for an extended period (Safety Timer).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We are a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. Your data is primarily shared with:

Your Employer/Site Owner: The Company Administrators who manage the site you are visiting have full access to your check-in logs, location stamps, and contact info.
Regulatory Authorities: In the event of an audit or incident, data may be shared with government safety agencies as required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention

Safety records are often required to be kept for legal durations (e.g., 1-5 years depending on the jurisdiction). We retain your check-in history for as long as your Company's account is active or as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. However, please note that "Compliance Data" (official safety logs) may be exempt from deletion requests if we are legally required to preserve it.
