How do I reset my password?

If you cannot log in, contact your Company Administrator. If you are an Admin, please email support to request a reset link.

Why isn't my location checking in?

Ensure your browser (Chrome/Safari) has permission to access Location Services. If you are indoors or in a deep pit, GPS may be weak. Move to clear sky view.

How do I export data for MSHA?

Go to your Dashboard, click on your Company folder, and look for the "Download MSHA Report" button in the top right corner.

Can I edit a check-in mistake?

Yes. Immediately after checking in, you have 10 seconds to click "Undo". If that time passes, contact your Site Manager to edit the log.
