By accessing or using the VeriField platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You acknowledge that technology can fail due to connectivity issues, battery failure, or software errors. VeriField is not liable for any injury, death, or damages resulting from reliance on the App for emergency mustering or safety checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: falsifying safety records, unauthorized access, or non-payment of subscription fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriField and Lusid Safety Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
